We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to view and download our material from the Site temporarily for personal and non-commercial purpose only. You may not create any derivative work, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract information from the Site. This license will terminate upon your breach of these restrictions.

5. Third-Party Services and Content
The Site may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by STUDEX. You will no longer be on the Site if you use these links. 6. Your STUDEX Account
When registering an account on the Site, you are required to submit certain personal information, such your name, your address, your phone number, and a valid payment method. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account username and password at all times.

b. Terminating Your Account
STUDEX reserves the right to terminate your account or your use of services in its sole discretion, (a) if you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, (b) for any other reason, or (c) for no reason. Your right to use the Site will cease immediately upon any such termination.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to our services or to the Site. All provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall survive termination.

7. Transaction
You may be asked to provide certain information regarding your transaction when making a purchase of any product or service made available through the Site. That may include, but not limited to, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
By providing such information, you grant to STUDEX the right to supply such information to third parties for purposes of completing transactions.

8. Returns
You must return the items within 30 days from the date you were billed for it, in order to receive a full refund or exchange, less freight. The returned item must be in a resalable condition with a proof of purchase.

Only items that have been purchased directly from STUDEX USA office can be returned to STUDEX USA. STUDEX products purchased through other retailers are subject to their respective returns and refund policies.

If all conditions cannot be met, the return is subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price.

9. Payment
We accept all major credit cards. We collect payment on merchandise at the time of delivery. Upon credit approval, terms are net 30 days from the date of payment.

10. Risk of Loss
Except as otherwise provided herein, the risk of loss and title to products purchased on the Site shifts to the purchaser upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
You Shall Use the Site at Your Own Risk.
